We are currently working to recover from the system failure that has been occurring since early February 25 (Sat.). However, in the process of investigating the cause, it was discovered that some of the company’s confidential information may have been illegally accessed by ransomware.
The extent of the damage caused by the unauthorized access and the scope of the information leakage are currently under investigation, and it is expected to take several weeks to fully confirm, address, and restore the situation.
Since payment for our official e-commerce store sales is outsourced, we do not hold credit card information and have confirmed that there has been no leakage of credit card information.
